Pierogi - Easy & Creative
A Polish Easter tradition for Lent. The Italians have ravioli and the Chinese have wonton. In middle Europe it is the pierogi. With a fast and easy master dough recipe, and a little creativity, you can have pierogi for appetizer, entree or dessert. We will be learning a variety of pierogi including cheese, mushroom, onion, pumpkin, and sauerkraut. This is a hands on class!
