Our remote backup service provides a secure offsite copy of your system files and settings. Our proven recovery process can rapidly return your Asterisk/Trixbox/FreePBX system to normal operation.

We backup everything needed to replicate your server including:

Here are some examples of common scenerios :

1) You have mistakenly broken something and need to revert to an earlier configuration on your running server
- we remotely restore your server to a previous configuration

2) Your server is down due to hardware failure
- we restore your settings to one of our loaner servers* and install it at your location to allow you to continue to operate while we determine the steps necessary to restore your server to a fully functioning state

3) You are moving to a new location and require zero downtime.
- we duplicate your server settings at the new location, on a second server, and work with your service provider to orchestrate a painless transition from the old location to the new location

4) Your organization has outgrown your current system

* In most cases we can loan you one of our pre-configured servers and have you up and running the same day.

Our backup servers are housed in a secure facility, files are stored on a redundant array of disks, each server features a redundant power supply with a redundant power source.
